consultancy, and co-founder of STEAM Building, which delivers high-tech-enabled team building and
training.
With nearly two decades of experience developing leaders across Asia and a career background in high
tech, Andrew brings a rare integration of business strategy, leadership, and understanding of AI innovation
to help organisations thrive in an era of rapid disruption and transformation

He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership with a focus on cross-cultural and cross-generational leadership, and serves as guest lecturer at Ivey Business School (Asia), where he teaches AI Business Transformation. A recognised TEDx and sought after speaker at international business
forums, Andrew is known for his practical, thought-provoking insights that bridge technology and human-centred leadership.
